Cool random info about Alias
First I'd like to lambast all you naysayers that are ho-humming the current
season of "Alias". All I have to say is HOW DARE YOU?!? I have been
nothing but happy with this season. It's as if the producers said "well
they put us in a killer spot, AND the network is leaving us alone. Let's
go for it"! I can't believe this season doesn't excite ANY of you? I'm
beginning to see a pattern here. Sure seasons one and two were great but I
bet that it wasn't remembered that way back then. I bet fans hated Francie
and Will because they thought their stories were boring. I remember Will
being fondly thought of as stupid and Francie as having the worst
storylines of any character in television history. I bet fans were bored
of the predictability of the weekly cliffhangers. They got tired of SD-6.
Sydneys mom had nothing to do being locked up by the CIA. This is where
revisionist history kicks in. All of a sudden things change and then
everyone remembers what they want to. Now vaughn is gone and everyone
suddenl loves the character? People please.
The truth of the matter is "Alias" is always entertaining. It's shot,
acted and directed very well. It's a producers wet dream. Sure there were
some quibbles with season 3 but it still didn't take away from the fact
that it was one hell of a roller coaster ride and Lauren was a knockout
blond femme fatale.
Season 4 is a little more problemmatic but only for the fact that ABC let
the episodes run uninterrupted only to have half a season of stand alones.
But those stand alones were damn entertaining as well, as people will see
when the DVD comes out next week.
My point is that nothing pleases you people and I hope to God that the
producers aren't listening. the don't seem to be this year and so far it's
flawless. I don't get how anyone would benefit from "Alias" not being on
the air at this point.
rant over.
Now for the topic f this thread. Monday Night Football ends in January.
Monday night is a weak night for ABC after that point if I'm not mistaken.
This is where a television show from another network can benefit "Alias".
It's obvious that "Alias" is pretty much a stand-alone show for ABC.
Nothing airing before or after it seems to have an effect on it's
veiwership. BUT, "24" comes on FOX Monday's at 9:00. they don't have
programming at 10:00, so people HAVE to go to another network. This is
where "Alias" comes in. If ABC airs "Alias" Monday's at 10:00, I'm sure
there would be some spillover from the action crowd that adores "24". I'm
one of them. It would be a great night. And don't give me the "24 is more
realistic then "Alias" BS. It ain't true people. "24" is known to throw in
some pretty stupid plotlines and curveballs during it's seasons. If
anythig "Alias" is more carefully written. So if you want to "save"
Alias, if you or ABC care at all, then you'll petition ABC to move
Alias to Monday's at 10:00 in January. I tell you it'll at least boost
the ratings.
Or better yet just forget about the ratings and vaughn and Jen's pregnancy
and all the other stupid stuff that's stopping you from enjoying a great
season and just enjoy the ride until the end, which is probably May.
I like Alias and put up with "unblievability" but geeze...

Sydney and the rest of the team show the captured agent what could
be a minor technical trick or have a second more innocent
explanation and she buys their explanation hook, line, and sinker?
I'm of course referring to the emergency call "test". Even if she
set up the program why trust that they hadn't circumvented it? Why
couldn't the explanation of the signal being rerouted be that
Langley was rerouting it to the closest help, her black ops group?
If she's that stupid (or naive) can she even be trusted? I guess
time constraints prevented them from taking her through the front
door of Langly as proof but really that should have been the proof
she demanded. Heck, she didn't seem to show any residual
skepticism.
I wonder what she will think when they take her to a department
hidden in a subway instead of Langley. If she has any intelligence
she'd be thinking s**t fooled again. Boy am I dumb. I doubt though
the writers will go there.

The first two seasons were amongst the best TV of the past decade, the third
was a jumbled mess, the fourth a mostly dull attempted regress to the glory
days of old. Now in its fifth season, "Alias" attempted to reinvent itself
yet again with new cast members and the high profile death of a key regular.
The result hasn't helped. Stuck in a far more competitive timeslot, no
Lost lead-in, and the general tiredness of the storylines, fans both new
and old are turning off in droves. The third episode of the show has plunged
to 70th place in the ratings with only 7.2 million viewers.
One of the reasons might have been the exit of Michael Vaughn (Michael
Vartan) who was written out of the show in the first episode of the new
season. TV Guide reports however that Vartan was spotted this week around
the set which has brewed up talk that he may be coming back in some
capacity.

Sorry about last week I actually LOVED last weeks episode but had no access
to newsgroups. This will indeed be the final season of Alias as JJ Abrams
recently said he wishes he could be their for the "series finale". But will
be busy with post production of Alias. So lets enjoy this show while we
can.

That was such a good opening and then it drug for a bit. I wish they
hadn't gone back 72 hours, sometimes that used to work and be interesting,
but not this time. Up till then the beginning of this episode was about
season 3 quality. Still far from Season 1, but if the music had been
better it would have seemed a lot better.
It is interesting how they are getting away with adding Rachel to the team.
She isn't really on the team at all (for now), she is just there to help
take down Dean. I hope they don't go to much further on the mirroring of
Syd.
And Mockingbird! Syd's SD-6 callsign was Bluebird. Stop the mirroring!
They made Sloane's "mission" last week even more pointless. I guess it
kind of shows what that he will do anything for his daughter, but we
already knew that. I could see it if they were trying to explaining it to
new viewers. Don't waste the last season trying to get new viewers. Its
only a few of us long time fans left now.
Sloane's hearing was interesting. I loved how supprised Jack looked at the
end. Finally we have Sloane back.
By the sounds of things, ABC is happy with how "Alias" has done. There is
some buzz going around that the odds of "Alias" returning for a 6th season
is good. Simply because the costs have gone down (with Michael Vartan gone
now) they have Jennifer Garner contracted through to a 7th season. The show
also does well in DVD sales. If they do pick "Alias" up for another season
they will most likely use it as a band-aid (similar to what NBC does with
Scrubs) So whatever show does poorly "Alias" would replace. This is
definitly interesting since that the start of the season everyone including
JJ Abrams were talking like as if this would be the final season, but it
looks like plans are changing. Only time will tell what ABC true intentions
are.

From steven87: Do you think ABC is going to stick it out with Alias?
So it can have a proper ending?
Actually, good news. I've heard from someone who knows that ABC is
actually very happy with how Alias has been performing this season.
Given that it's on Thursday night, the powers that be are thrilled
it's claiming any kind of audience at all. And Jennifer is signed
through season seven, so I don't think we need to start prepping our
goodbyes just yet.
from the hollywood reporter
ABC adds 'Dancing' to January lineup
ABC announced Thursday that its summer hit series "Dancing With the
Stars" will return in January in the competitive time slot of Thursday
at 8 p.m. A second weekly installment of "Dancing," where results from
the prior episode's contests are revealed will also be scheduled, but
ABC has not determine the day or time. "Dancing" will replace "Alias,"
which was scheduled to take a midseason break due to a maternity leave
for its star, Jennifer Garner. "Dancing" is scheduled for an
eight-week run. (Andrew Wallenstein)
Not sure how many of you watch the low-rated yet hilarious Arrested
Development on FOX but I just had to report that there was a good Alias
mention tonight. It concerned spying.
Pictures are here:

I just wanted to bring up the 18-49 demo that's been bugging me this
season. I always got the impression that this was pretty much the
demographic of Alias and that was a main reason why it's been so
successful. The rating is pretty much the same as it was on Sundays and
wound up being on Wednesdays but for some reason the demo has slipped.
Does this bug anyone else? It doesn't make sense to me. I'm ready to
scream conspiracy!
Another reason I understand for the success of the show (And "24" which
lets face it isn't a huge hit either) is it's DVD sales. It's my
understanding that these two shows do almost better then any other
tv-to-dvd release. I see on Amazon that even a percieved weak season of
Alias (season 4) is doing gangbusters on DVD. Does anyone know how many
dvd's "Alias" has actually moved? Do we think DVD sales will save "Alias"
for another season?
The reason I care is that I want at least 8 seasons of "Alias". I don't
know why. Maybe it was when I heard that ABC had Garner under contract for
8 more years during season 2. Needless to say I'd feel a little cheated if
I don't get at least 2 more seasons. I'm really impressed with "Alias"
this year and only expect more excellence. Even if Jen gets out of her
contract I think Rachel Nichols and Amy Acker could more then pick up the
slack, no matter how much fans THINK this would be a bad idea.
Here it is... the plotline to end all plotlines... the plot twist that
will make this season of "Alias" great this season and drive up
viewership!
It's the last episode of Alias prior to the mid-season break for
Garner's pregnancy leave. In that episode, Sydney gives birth. It's a
tough birth, and she gives birth to a little boy. Smiles and
gushy-ness all around.
In the climax of the episode, it's evening, and Sydney wakes up. She
hazily sees a figure, dressed in hosptial scrubs, taking the baby. She
forces herself awake, and, horror of horrors! The baby is gone!! She
stumbles out of the room into the hall, and sees the figure. She gives
chase, a little shakily, and finally catches up with the figure in the
stairwell. She rips off the scrub mask and... it's Vaughn! Sydney is
confused and happy, and then Vaughn drives his fist into Sydney's
stomach and pushes her down the stairs. He then mutters, "He's mine"
and runs off with the baby. The last shot is Sydney lying at the
bottom of the stairs, unconsious.
Then the rest of the season, Syd can search for Vaughn. It eliminate
the whole "Who's watching the baby?" problem, and gives Sydney a
personal mission. And most importantly... people will want to tune in
when the season restarts.
Awesome pics of Angelina Jolie!

WELL, ALMOST. Before continuing, I will say that I've
enjoyed more television programs on HBO than any other
network. Sopranos, Deadwood, Six Feet Under (the final
episode of which royally kicked ass), Def Poetry, Wire,
Oz, Carnivale, Rome, and the list goes on; great films,
great boxing, great comedy, etc. Basically, all around
the best programming over all cable/satellite networks.
While we see not-so-funny-any-more comedians the likes
of George Karlin and Bill Maher over-politicizing what
should be mostly entertaining (to their own detriment),
we must remember what Tim Robbins recently said on the
latter's show that, albeit I'm paraphrasing from memory,
art is too important to be politicized, or something
to that effect. Indeed, art should ALWAYS be for art's
sake, i.e. for the benefit of the artist and those who
behold their artwork--all to the glory of God Almighty.
With that said...
Just last night (Sunday, October 23rd), I watched some
buzz on HBO about Tom Hanks' latest endeavor entitled
'Magnificent Desolation: Walking on the Moon 3D' which
has been several years in the making, and is allegedly
a "re-creation of the six lunar landings", which it is
in fact: seeing that Hank's new 3-D version was filmed
at Sony's Stage 27 in Culver City, California, under a
powerful 300,000-watt "sun" lamp, on a football-field-
sized "moonscape"; whereas NASA's original "landings"
were filmed, taped and photographed under large domes
at Area 51 in the Nevada high-desert under top secrecy.
Both were filmed on terrestrial movie sets. Therefore,
this new version is very much a recreation of the old. :-D
The "buzz" also reminded viewers of their twelve-part
miniseries 'From the Earth to the Moon' (first aired
back in 1998) which Hanks produced & narrated--three
years after his starring role in the film 'Apollo 13';
all very riveting, all make believe and nothing more.
And *speaking* of dates, recall the controversial FOX
network production of 'Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land
on the Moon?' which first aired on February 15th 2001
(and was shown again some days later). I'd videotaped
this at the time, and earlier this month copied it on-
to DVD as I watched it again. It was pretty well done,
albeit only cursory treatment was given to the myriad
and glaring discrepancies prevalent throughout NASA's
patently impossible "men to the moon" fish story (as
would become entertaining fodder for 'Capricorn One'). :-D

Tom Hanks said of his new IMAX film "This is a movie
about the world's greatest road trip...we're going to
put people up there..." (i.e. as if to be on the Moon).
After all, the Moon IS the localized sphere of God's
Universal powers of imagination, of dreams, emotions,
the creator in the trinity of the unconscious waters.
Thus it is befitting that the unwary masses strive to
imagine humans actually walking on the lunar surface.
It's a DREAM that makes for transforming conversation. :-D

Hopefully, it's just me but I seem to be losing interest in the program and
I don't know why. The acting is as good as it gets so that's not it....
Anyone else feel this way? I hope not.... and I hope I get back into it
again because I've watched it faithfully from day one .... always tape it to
watch again..... maybe it's the changing of the season or just world
conditions, who knows. ...

My power went off right in the middle of Tivo'ing Alias last night. I got
the first 5-6 minutes and the last 30 or so but what happened when Sloane
met Jack at the restaurant? All the way up until Syd and the new guy were
sneaking into the warehouse to see Renee, I missed.
Can anyone fill in the holes? This is the first time I have ever missed any
of Alias.

Mum's the Word on "Alias"
By Joal RyanTue Oct 18, 8:39 PM ET
When ABC announced it was moving Alias to Thursdays, it looked like curtains
for Sydney Bristow. One month into the season, it looks like curtains for
Sydney Bristow.
As the anchor of ABC's notoriously must-not-see night, the five-season-old
spy adventure sank to 70th place (7.2 million) for the TV week ended Sunday,
per Nielsen Media Research.
Even worse, in its first half-hour, the show ran behind NBC's world-famous
Joey (68th place, 7.4 million) among coveted 18-to-49-year-old viewers.
And in the most ominous sign yet--if press releases can be considered
signs--Alias was programa non grata in ABC's weekly ratings recap released
Tuesday.
The network that found something nice to say about Supernanny (71st place, 7
million) couldn't bring itself to spin mother-to-be Sydney. In this
instance, silence most likely is deadly.
Other ABC shows rating unmentionable status: Alias' Thursday partners in
obscurity, Night Stalker (83rd place, 5.1 million) and Primetime (86th
place, 4.5 million), not to mention every Friday series, save for the
vaunted Supernanny. The formerly sturdy According to Jim (60th place, 7.8
million) was only noted in passing, as in "Rodney [57th place, 8 million]
built on its According to Jim lead-in."
So far, ABC has yet to cancel or renew any series. But when Commander in
Chief (ninth place, 16.2 million) gets three paragraphs' worth of glowing
press-release ink, Freddie (45th place, 9.4 million) gets two, and Alias
gets none, SD-6 intelligence is not required to determine which shows are
bound for glory.
Or not.
Elsewhere:
It's probably nothing, but since starting its second season before a
whopping 28.4 million, Desperate Housewives has slipped an itty-bitty bit in
each successive week, down to a whopping 25.8 million (second place) on
Sunday night. In case you were wondering, CBS' CSI (first place, 28.3
million) doesn't slip. NBC is "excited" not to have to cancel another new
show, reupping Surface (35th place, 10.4 million) for a full season's worth
of underwater antics. CBS' Out of Practice (24th place, 12.3 million) closed
in on NBC's My Name Is Earl (23rd place, 12.6 million) for bragging rights
as TV's most-watched new comedy, but hasn't yet closed on a season-long
renewal. Break out the Australian Shiraz! Martha Stewart's Apprentice (72nd
place, 6.9 million) was up almost 10 percent from last week's not-good
ratings. Last year, Judging Amy averaged 10.6 million for CBS in the 10
p.m., Tuesday hour. Its reward: Cancellation. This fall, Jerry Bruckheimer's
latest crime drama, Close to Home (39th place, 10.1 million), is averaging 7
percent fewer viewers in the same time slot. Its reward: The jury's still
out. To date, the WB has lost more viewers this fall, as compared to last,
than any other network--down 11 percent. This, despite big-time showings by
Gilmore Girls (76th place, 6.2 million), Smallville (77th place, 5.9
million) and Supernatural (78th place, 5.5 million). This, because of
little-time showings by Twins (109th place, 2.2 million), Blue Collar TV
(108th place, 2.3 million) and Related (105th place, 2.5 million). Oh, and
nobody watched What I Like About You (111th place, 2 million), but you
already knew that.
Overall, CBS notched its first double-double of the season, winning total
viewers (averaging 13.4 million) and the 18-49 demo.
ABC (10.7 million) claimed second in both categories. NBC ran third in the
demo, and fourth in viewers (9.6 million).
Minus the soap opera that was last season's Boston Red Sox, Fox's baseball
playoff ratings are down, but the network isn't out. The games were still
enough to boost the network to third place in viewers (10.5 million).
The surging UPN (3.7 million) closed the gap with the slumping WB (3.8
million).
Here's a look of the 10 most watched prime-time shows for the week ended
Sunday, according to Nielsen Media Research:
1. CSI, CBS, 28.3 million viewers
2. Desperate Housewives, ABC, 25.8 million viewers
3. Lost, ABC, 21.7 million viewers
4. Without a Trace, CBS, 20.6 million viewers
5. CSI: Miami, CBS, 18.5 million viewers
6. Grey's Anatomy, ABC, 18.3 million viewers
7. Survivor: Guatemala, CBS, 17.8 million viewers
8. NCIS, CBS, 16.8 million viewers
9. Commander in Chief, ABC, 16.2 million viewers
10. Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, ABC, 16.1 million viewers
Just back in town from travel abroad...could someone PLEASE tell me what
happened in Episode 1 this season. Did Vaughn die? Where is he, and did they

Hi everybody, i'm a french fan of Alias and unfortunately the last
thing i saw was the last episode of season 4 "Before the Flood".
Can you tell me what's happen in the next season ?
And specially about the real name of Vaugh ?
Thanks a lot

at first when I heard the show was going back to the spirit of seasons 1 & 2
I was happy, because I thought season 3 was crap and season 4 started to get
better.
but last episode was just like ones of the first season, with a new sydney,
I think it's really disappointing ! I saw season 1 so I don't need to see it
again, thanks ! Rachel is EXACTLY like syd was at the same point, her
reactions are just the same and the show isn't doing anything new, but just
copying season 1... In my opinion this is taking viewers for stupid people
and that's not a good sign about the show's future

Are TPTB back on track? This was one of the best episodes since season 2,
IMO.
Everyone was utilized, including Dixon. I'm going to have to get used to
the limited use of Jennifer/Sydney on missions as her pregnancy progresses.
It still does not have quite the tension of S1 or S2, but that is to be
expected. I see where they are going with the new female recruite and
hopefully I will like her.
I was pleased and have hopes that this marks the beginning of a pleasing
season.

Are you joking?? He is the best one in Alias
i can't say I have a favourite episode, but I for sure didn't like season 3.
Season 1&2 were the best, besides it was a whole new concept. Now the
excitment have passed and the show isn't as captivating as in the beginning

She does not look too bad in this one. Still has that eurochick thing
about her, but she is doable IMHO.

The scene was very similiar, but in Executive Decision they used a
modified F-117 Stealth Fighter, whereas Alias used a modified B-2
Stealth Bomber.
where does the movie stands relating to the show ? I heard that Serenity was
the pilot, and then I heard it was the closure for the series Firefly. So

Agreed, except it is so obvious now how much of the stunt work that Jennifer
has done in prior seasons.
I'm positive that I'm going to miss action Action Sydney A LOT this season.
I did not miss Vaughn at all, for that matter his absence made this episodes
mission work smoother. They never should have put his character out in the
field.

I rented season 4 from Netflix. It doesn't hold up well - unlike prior
seasons, which get better with repeated viewing and benefit from having a
more consolidated through line on the story by watching them over a week
instead of over a season, this season is worse. Probably because this time
through I don't have the hope that the season end will provide a big payoff
to the storyline.
Some of the cast commentaries are funny though. One more disc to go ....
Yep, with 40% and over 390 votes, Jennifer Garner is in a COMMANDING
lead as Round 2 of the Sexiest Woman of 2005 poll is really picking up
lots of speed. She's followed by Kelly Clarkson (15% with 146 votes),
Kelly Monaco (10%), Sarah Michelle Gellar (9%; she had a cozy lead until
Garner took over), and Vanessa Marcil (6%). Jessica Alba has 4%, while
all others are at 2% to 0% with little or some votes.
But that doesn't mean we won't be going to Round 3 that immediately;
anything can still happen so if you haven't voted yet, do so now at
http://vote.sparklit.com/web_poll.spark/942109.
Jonathan Allen, who's utterly surprised myself at Garner ruling Round 2
over SMG.
You can all breathe a sigh of relief right now. After what has become
THE most unpredictable and wildest poll I've EVER done in the last six
years, we're finally, FINALLY moving on to Round 3 as we continue to ask
the question: Who was 2005's Sexiest Woman????
Here are the top 20 who made it based on the votes they received in
Round 2...which what most of you thought was the main poll itself:
Jennifer Garner (28%)
Lauren Graham (12%, 708 votes)
Kelly Clarkson (12%, 689 votes)
Kelly Monaco (10%)
Sarah Michelle Gellar (9%)
Angelina Jolie (5%)
Vanessa Marcil (3%)
Rachel Bilson (2%, 135 votes)
Jennifer Aniston (2%, 126 votes)
Jessica Alba (2%, 125 votes)
Eva Longoria (2%, 115 votes)
Jennifer Love Hewitt (2%, 103 votes)
Kristen Bell (1%, 69 votes)
Scarlett Johansson (1%, 63 votes)
Jessica Biel (1%, 53 votes)
Evangeline Lilly (1%, 52 votes)
Toni Braxton (1%, 51 votes)
Keira Knightley (1%, 48 votes)
Mischa Barton (1%, 40 votes)
Katherine Heigl (1%, 34 votes)
Now I promise you this: Round 3 will be more fiercer and nail-biting
than Round 2. Why? That's because after this one, only the top ten
votegetters will go on to the main poll for Sexiest Woman of 2005!!!!!!
Round 2 had over 5,970 total votes (thanks largely to Jennifer Garner
garnering close to 1,700 of them); let's hope the third round will top
or come close to that number.
Now that the field is down from 40 to 20, you know what to do:
http://vote.sparklit.com/web_poll.spark/946121
And next week...the Sexiest Man of 2005 poll gets underway!!

So what did Arvin give up in exchange for his freedom, any guesses? Is
he going to be a double agent now working for the bad guys? Just who was
that guy who offered him a deal, anyway? I'm a little lost.
Please dear god anyone in power that has a brain just end it after this
year. The episodes are no longer must see and I fast forward through a lot.
The newbies have killed the show as well. Who cares about them?
Alias is never going to return to it's glory years of season 1 and 2. Just
kill it.
Unless they do something to benefit the show like bringing back Lena Olin
FULL TIME then maybe this show could kick ass again.
hi,
i'm considering to pre-order the UK season4 dvds:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000B8W0EK/202-3812601-8492659
my native language is not english, so i'd like to know if they will
contain subtitles.
unfortunately i wasn't able to find any info about this on the net.
so, does anyone have the previous seasons(please don't forget that i'm
talking about the european (region2) dvs)...?
do they have english subtitles?
thanks,
gabor
This show should going somewhere in its fifth season, not recycling!
I'm sick of being introduced to new main characters every single season.
1 Bad Guy + 1 Bad Girl + 1 Evil Plan...
1 Moody Good Guy + 1 Pouty Good Girl...
I hope they could at least revisit Sydney's stolen eggs.. now that's
she's spawning one anyway..
I hope this is the last season. What a waste of Garber, Rifkin talent
this season is.

i hope they don't have B.A. on himself.
My favorite cameo was Ricky Gervaise - and his behind the scenes stuff on
the DVD was hilarious too.
First, sorry for my bad english !
Since season 1, Rambaldi has been at the very heart of Alias. A strange
combination of prophecies, centuries old high tech artefacts, and
mysterious endgames - with all the world agencies fighting to discover
it, when the real interesting issue for me always was: from where did
this guy knew what he knew !! The truth is it seems they just invented
it as they went along. But on the other end, I was just rewatching
season 1 and 2, and I saw some kind of pattern.
In fact, the Rambaldi arc can be divided in a few categories since
season 1 itself:
1. The immortality endgame
When Syd goes to Italy and meet the clock-builder guy who insinuates he
is 500 years old / the 500 years old flower in the Kashmir episode
season 2 / the missing 2 years over the rebirth of Rambaldi. All this
arc is in fact closed in season 3 when Syd destroys the Rambaldi
tissues. In Season 4, Arvin Cloane refers to it as some "mad project".
2. The Circumference/genetic mutation endgame
The circumference appears of course since the pilot. It was supposed to
be a power source. All the race for Rambaldi artefacts at the end of
season 2 was leading to the Passenger which was leading to a power
generator or something like that for the big version of the red ball.
Meanwhile Sloane was doing some genetic manipulation on the third world
population.
The biggest flaws in this arc are:
#NAME?
circumference built in episode 1 !
- The Rambaldi machine raison d'etre was to point to Nadia, when the
KGB, Vaughn father, Elena Derevko already knew her and who she was. So
why did we need this machine at all ?
3. The prophecy
The 2 sisters will fight over Rambaldi's final endgame and die both
(season 3 version) or just one of them (season 4). They try very very
hard to convince us that this prophecy is about Sydney and Nadia when
clearly, it is not. They are not sisters but half sisters, they just
have a 2 minutes kung fu fight over something technical when Nadia in
fact is a zombie and anyway nobody dies.
It is crystal clear that the prophecy is about Irina and Elena: they
are real sisters and have been fighting for decades over the Rambaldi
endgame by the mean of all kind of secret organizations, manipulations,
wars and so on. And Elena dies. Irina is the Chosen One, not Sydney.
She did all the work and saved the world, while Sydney was just a
soldier.
Anyway, let's see if Rambaldi is coming back in season 5. They had a
real hard time not speaking his name during the first 4 episodes even
when dealing about 500 years old italian prophetic manuscript !
Did we get any valuable dialogue or action in the closing minutes this past
week?
My DVR (for some unknown reason), stopped recording right after Rachael
asked Sydney how they could sleep. What did I miss?
Any ideas who the guy is in the "box"... All we've seen is his hand.....
There any chance it could be Vaughn?
